Net Organisation for Youth Empowerment and Development (NOYED-Ghana)stands together with the people of Ghana to develop our nation through engaging, educating and empowering women and children.
The organisationwas founded in 2005 by a group of students passionate about improving the health, education and empowerment of women and children society as a means of increasing development in Ghana.
Based in the capital of Ghana’s Northern Region, Tamale, the organisation is currently the lead agency of Northern Network for Education Development (NNED). There are five permanent staff, and currently two international volunteers, one from Australia and one from Canada who make up the NOYED-Ghana family. The size of the organisation fluctuates, subject to the number of volunteers we have at any one time.
NOYED-Ghana is an inclusive organisation focussed on improving access to education, health services and governance for women and children through community led programs and campaigns allowing them to build the skills and capacity to improve their quality of life.
